If you lived in a house, condo, or apartment that received tap water service from West Virginia American Water and is located in the “Class Area” covered by the class action settlement depicted on the map between June 23, 2015, and July 1, 2015 and you experienced a loss or interruption of service your household is eligible to make a claim for a Residential Household payment. Renters are also eligible, even if you didn’t pay your own water bill.

Look Up Your UCMI

You may have received a Notice in the mail of the class action settlement. That Notice would provide you with a UCMI number that is above your name on the address label. However, if you did not, or cannot access that Notice you can look up your UCMI.
